We are a leading recruitment agency specialising in the supply of professional HGV Drivers across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with existing client accounts.
- Ensure all client staffing requirements are fulfilled efficiently and professionally.
- Liaise with HGV Drivers to coordinate bookings, availability, and placements.
- Conduct regular client visits and service reviews.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and provide effective solutions.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure high levels of service delivery.
- Monitor compliance, driver performance, and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruitment, transport, logistics, or account management.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
