Turbo Driving are proud to be working with a leading logistics partner, and we’re now looking to recruit reliable and experienced Class 1 HGV (C+E) Drivers for immediate starts.

Location: Barnsley S74

The Role:

  • Trunking/trailer swaps
  • Deliveries/collections to depots and businesses
  • No interaction with the load
  • Flexible start times
  • Any shift pattern

Pay Rates:

Monday to Thursday Days (06:00 – 14:00) – £16.21 per hour (£18.17 per hour including holiday pay)

Monday to Thursday Lates (14:00 – 22:00) – £16.87 per hour (£18.91 per hour including holiday pay)

Monday to Thursday Nights (22:00 – 06:00) – £17.59 per hour (£19.71 per hour including holiday pay)

Friday Days (06:00 – 14:00) – £16.95 per hour (£18.99 per hour including holiday pay)

Friday Lates (14:00 – 22:00) – £17.60 per hour (£19.72 per hour including holiday pay)

Friday Nights (22:00 – 06:00) – £18.10 per hour (£20.28 per hour including holiday pay)

Saturday Days (06:00 – 14:00) – £17.87 per hour (£20.03 per hour including holiday pay)

Saturday Lates (14:00 – 22:00) – £18.29 per hour (£20.50 per hour including holiday pay)

Saturday Nights (22:00 – 06:00) – £20.69 per hour (£23.19 per hour including holiday pay)

Sunday Days (06:00 – 14:00) – £18.20 per hour (£20.40 per hour including holiday pay)

Sunday Lates (14:00 – 22:00) – £18.61 per hour (£20.86 per hour including holiday pay)

Sunday Nights (22:00 – 06:00) – £21.96 per hour (£24.61 per hour including holiday pay)

Requirements:

  • A valid UK Category C/C+E driving licence for a minimum of 3 months
  • Up-to-date CPC and Digi-tacho cards
  • A clean driving record with minimal penalty points
  • Knowledge of driving regulations and compliance
  • A professional and customer-focused approach
  • At least 3 months experience on Class 1
