HGV Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver – Tonbridge
This is a great opportunity for HGV Class 2 Drivers looking for regular Monday to Friday work, guaranteed hours and weekly pay.
You will be responsible for delivering and collecting palletised goods across Kent, Sussex and the outer areas of South East London, completing approximately 10–12 deliveries per day.
HGV Class 2 Driver Responsibilities
- Complete multi-drop deliveries and collections of palletised goods
- Make approximately 10–12 drops per day
- Use a tail lift and power-assisted pump trucks
- Carry out physical work as part of the role
- Deliver across Kent, Sussex and outer areas of South East London
- No deliveries into Central London
- Follow all relevant HGV safety and compliance requirements
- Saturday overtime may be available
- No mandatory weekend or bank holiday working
HGV Class 2 Driver Requirements
- Valid UK Category C licence
- At least 6 months’ HGV driving experience preferred
- Valid CPC and Digi-Tacho cards
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- No DG or DD endorsements
- Good knowledge of HGV safety and compliance
- Reliable with good time management
- Comfortable with the physical aspects of multi-drop delivery work
Newer to Class 2 driving? We are also open to applicants with less experience, subject to successfully completing a driving assessment.
