Turbo Driving is looking for a driven and commercially focused – On site driving Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

The On site Recruitment Consultant role is ideal for someone who thrives on their own success and enjoys building relationships and knows how to communicate and develop an all ready existing client, to achieve goals together .
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running a recruitment desk specialising in temporary hires
- Develop long-term client partnerships
- Growing and managing the existing client account
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement
- Establishing strong client relationship as an on site Recruitment Consultant
- Delivering exceptional service to both client and candidates
- Working towards and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Recruitment Consultant role
- Experience within driving recruitment
- Proven track record in desk growth
- Strong sales ability with a commercial mindset
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
- Comfortable using CRM systems, job boards, and recruitment tools
- Willing to be on-call as and when required by site
