We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of key accounts across the region. Specialising in the supply of professional HGV Drivers, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, client retention, and business growth.
The Role:
As Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple client locations, building strategic relationships with decision-makers, and ensuring staffing solutions are delivered efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of regional and national client accounts.
- Conduct regular client visits, reviews, and business development meetings.
- Build strong relationships with transport managers, depot managers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure client staffing requirements are met through effective workforce planning.
- Identify opportunities to increase service provision and generate additional revenue.
- Monitor KPIs, service levels, compliance standards, and client satisfaction.
- Support branch teams in delivering recruitment solutions and resolving operational challenges.
- Produce account performance reports and present recommendations for improvement.
- Lead contract implementation and onboarding of new client sites.
- Stay informed on industry trends, legislation, and market conditions within the transport sector.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment account management, preferably within transport, logistics, or driving recruitment.
- Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management skills.
- Experience managing multiple sites or regional accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- Full UK driving licence.
